Description
this bill would require abortions performed twenty-two weeks after conception require a woman’s consent; and that no abortion may be performed twenty-two weeks after conception unless the woman has a medical condition which, on the basis of her physician’s good judgment, so complicates that pregnancy as to require an immediate abortion to avert risk to the mother’s life or for which delay will cause serious and irreversible impairment to her health. Finally, the bill would require that in the aforementioned “informed consent,” material must include information concerning fetal pain
