Description

to amend Article XVII of the Constitution so as to allow the ?people? to enact laws through an initiative petition. The proposal would allow citizens to propose the repeal of any law or propose any law, excluding laws appropriating money and levying taxes. There are currently 24 states with some form of initiative petition
