Description
the bill will enact the South Carolina Capital Gains Tax Elimination Act, so as to increase the deduction allowed from forty-four percent (44%) to one hundred percent (100%) of the net capital gain and to transition this increase over ten (10) years. The deductions are applicable to individuals, estates and trusts.
