Description
the bill would amend the code of laws of South Carolina by deleting the provision limiting the inflation adjustment to one-hale of the actual inflation rate and the overall four percent (4%) limit on the total inflation adjustment, and would delete redundant language, as pertaining to inflation adjustments of state individual income tax brackets.
