Description
the bill would amend the code of laws of South Carolina by providing that a single-member Limited Liability Company (LLC) that owns residential real property where the single member is an individual, where the LLC is not taxed as a corporation, the LLC would qualify for the special assessment ratio allowed to owner-occupied residential property if the LLC meets all requirements for that special assessment ratio.
